PRIOR TO GRADUTION:

Cap and Gown pickup - You will be emailed when the caps and gowns come in. Check your email for this notice, it is usually a week before the ceremony.
Honor Cords - Pick up at the same time as your cap and gown.
Guest Tickets - Each graduate will receive four tickets for the graduation ceremony on May 18.
- There is also ample overflow seating for non-ticketed guests at the venue.
- You will pick up your tickets at the College after Invocation on May 16 (6-8 p.m.), May 17 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., or at the will call table on May 18 until 9:45 a.m.
- You may NOT pick up tickets for anyone besides yourself.
- Guests will NOT be admitted after the ceremony begins; they will be directed to the overflow area.

Location - The Cathedral of Saint Peter the Apostle 409 N 15th St, Kansas City, KS 66102
- Students arrive at 4:30 p.m. Family and friends are also invited to this celebration as we join in prayer and thanksgiving with a brief service and then a reception back at the college for food and drinks.
Tickets - No tickets required.
Dress - Business professional dress requested (no jeans, hats or t-shirts).

- Students arrive at 9:15 a.m. for the class photo. Family and friends with a ticket will be admitted into the chapel space immediately following the class photo. No one will be admitted after the ceremony begins. No balloons or flowers, food or drink allowed in this space.
Tickets - Ticket required for admittance to ceremony space, no ticket required for overflow area.
Dress - Smart casual under cap and gown.
