WE NEED YOUR HELP

To ensure Donnelly remains accessible to those that are traditionally underrepresented in higher education (low-income students, students of color, and first-generation college students), we keep tuition costs low and assist students with scholarships and broad academic supports.

A full year’s tuition at Donnelly is only $5,200 – well below the cost of other private education options in our region and significantly less than the financial resources Donnelly invests in our students. We rely on your help to make that possible.

WAYS TO GIVE

There are many ways you can help, and your gift can be designated to scholarships, specific programs, our most urgent needs, endowment, or event sponsorship. Donnelly accepts gifts of cash, securities, and real estate or other personal property.

SPONSOR A STUDENT

For most Donnelly students, cost – not ability— is the single biggest hurdle of achieving a college education. Donnelly takes aggressive measures to help our students access a private education, most importantly by keeping tuition rates low. Still, more than 90% of Donnelly students need scholarships, and the College strives to award nearly $400,000 in scholarships each year.

  • A gift of $10,000 provides a full scholarship for one student's associate degree
  • A gift of $5,000 provides a full scholarship for one year
  • A gift of $2,500 provides a full scholarship for one semester
  • A gift of $1,000 will make available…
    … a residence hall meal plan for one semester,
    … emergency book fund assistance,
    … or a more substantial scholarship to students in greatest financial need

Our average Scholarship is $500 – so gifts of any size help to make that possible!

CREATE A LEGACY

If you would like to create a new named Endowed Scholarship Fund, or to contribute to an existing endowed scholarship fund, contact the Advancement Office. New named funds can be established for with a minimum contribution of $10,000.
